  BOLTS

  Bolts, produced in various qualities, norms and standards, are the most common and needed fixing elements used almost in all industries like Construction (construction of buildings, roads, viaducts, dams, etc.), Machinery, Transportation, Marine and Transformer industries, etc...Are listed as “Metric” and “Whitworth”.CİVTAŞ provides a range of bolts in different qualities like 4.6, 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, 304 - 316 Stainless Steel (INOX) according to the world standards and norms with different alternatives of coating due to the customers’ needs and wants like “Electro Galvanized”, “Dip Galvanized” and “Dacromet Coating”. “Black” is also available.

  NUTS & WASHERS

  CİVTAŞ provides a range of NUTS in different qualities like 6.8, 8.8, 304 (A2) Stainless Steel (INOX); “Metric” and “Whitworth” WASHERS in 5.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, 304 - 316 Stainless Steel (INOX) in accordance with the world standards and norms. Both nuts and washers are produced in “Black” as well as different plating alternatives like “Electro Galvanized”, “Dip Galvanized”, and “Dacromet Coating”.

  SCREWS

  Providing easy, practical and time saving mounting opportunities, Screws are used in various areas and come in variety of shapes and sizes for different purposes. The main difference between a bolt and a screw is that, a bolt passes through a hole with a larger diameter than its thread and fixed in its location by the help of a fixing element like a “nut”. However, bolts are not designed to be turned in the hole by themselves whereas screws can. CİVTAŞ provides a range of Slotted Cheese Head Screws, Slotted Countersunk Flat Head Screws, Cross Recessed Raised Cheese Head Screws and Cross Recessed Countersunk (Flat) Head Screws with different sizes and alternatives of coating. Chipboard Screws, known also as “Wood Screws”, are also in the product range of CİVTAŞ. Chipboard Screws, with their “helical” thread forms, give the opportunity to drill and fix easily. The sizes over 45 mm diameter, have a “stopper” right under their head which reduces the risk of breaking. They usually are used with “Plastic Anchors” (Nylon Plug) and “Washers” together and are “Zinc Plated”. Other screws that are in the company’s screw group are Self Drilling Screws. As understood by their names, through their threads, Self Drilling Screws drill their own slots easily. Having a high capacity of drilling, they provide the most practical and functional assembly. Self Drilling Screws are especially used to drill plastic, sheet metal, panel etc... Hexagon Washer Head Self Drilling Screws are also in the product range of CİVTAŞ. As the washer of the Hexagon Washer Head Self Drilling Screws is made of “EPDM”, it is resistant against ultraviolet and oxidation. They are provided in “Black” or “Zinc Plated”. The last product in the screw group is Hexagon Wood Screws which can be used for various purposes. They are provided in different sizes.

  ANCHORS

  Anchors, having a variety of different types, can be used in various areas and for different purposes. They provide quick, easy, practical assembly and fixing through their high level of tension strength.Some of the areas Anchors are used are: Steel Construction, Strengthening Projects, Base Panels, Pipe Line Systems, Machinery Industry, Cable Channel Systems, Rail Systems, all kinds of load and heavy duty mounting, etc...Some types are: Sleeve Anchors, Cavity Anchors with Pipe, Draw in Anchors, Monoclip Anchors, Hook Suspension Anchors, Framing Anchors, Heavy Duty Anchors.They are produced from “Electro Galvanized” and “Stainless Steel (INOX)” Sheet Metal and Pipe. Upon request, they also can be provided in “Dacromet Coating”.

  CLAMPS

  Clamps are one of the most preferential fitting elements in mounting, as they can be used in fixing all kinds of “standard” and “non-standard” pipes and heavy loads safe and easily. Mostly used in all areas of heating, ventilation, cooling, gas installations, heavy industry, etc...CİVTAŞ Brand Clamps are produced by “DKP”, “HRP” Sheet Iron, “Stainless Steel (INOX) or “Galvanized Sheet Iron”. Upon request, clamps are also available in “with rubber profile” or “without rubber profile” as well as in the sizes between 1/8" and 20". Other sizes can also be produced.The variety of clamps CİVTAŞ produces are: Standard Pipe Clamps, Standard Wood Screw Pipe Clamps, Pipe Clamps for Sprinkler Application, PVC Clamps, Heavy Duty Clamps, Ventilation Clamps, Rod Connected Ventilation Clamps, Standard Pipe Clamps with Conic-Nut, etc...

  SUPPORT & EXPANSION ASSEMBLIES

  The Support & Expansion Assemblies in our company are categorized in two main groups: The first group, which is mainly used in mounting of Support and Expansion Assemblies, consists of “Channels”, “Hanger and Cantilever Brackets”, “Ventilation Duct Angles”, “G Clamps”, “Base Plates”, “Slide Guides”, “Duct Fixing Brackets”, “U Bolts” and the accessories used with these support elements. The second group, especially used in mounting of base connections and strengthening projects, consists of “Rods” and “Threaded Rods”. Rods are produced from Iron, Steel and Stainless Steel (INOX). They are most frequently used in both heavy and weak loads, base connections of steel construction, base and ceiling connections and assemblies, hanging systems, transmission of the energy lines, strengthening projects etc. Rods and Threaded Rods are available starting from M4 up to M100 and can be produced both “Partially Threaded” and “Fully Threaded” under the quality of 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9. Upon request, they also can be produced from, SAE 1010, 1020, 1040, 4140, 5140, ST 44, ST 52, and 304 - 316 Stainless Steel (INOX).

  ANCHORAGES ( ANCHORS )

  Anchorages (Anchors) are one of the most preferred fitting elements used in exterior construction of buildings. Especially, in marble and granite mounting, anchorages are the best to be used. By the help of the adjustable arms upon them, delicate adjustments during fixation can easily be done. Anchorages (Anchors) are generaly used with Channels, Wall Hanger Brackets, Anchors, Bolts and Nuts.They usually are produced from “430 - 304 - 316 Quality Stainless Steel (INOX)”. However, upon request, can also be produced from “Electro Galvanized ST 37 Sheet Iron Metal”. Available also in “Electro Galvanized”, “Dip galvanized” or “Dacromet Coating”.

  *Prevents sound and vibration occured in Natural Gas Pipelines and Ventilation Air Ducts. *Provides vibration control and sound insulation. *Partially prevents the expansion caused by the changes in temperature. *Prevents slipping out of the clamp by its overlapping edges. *Prevents the corrosion caused by the friction of clamps to each other especially mounted on Natural Gas Pipelines and Ventilation Air Ducts. *Has to be used with Slide Guide under circumstances of high vibration and expansion. *One side “self-adhesive” type can be used with Ventilation Clamps.
